I'll keep an eye out for the gun and someone by the name of Tucker Sullivan, but I can't say I've ever met or heard of him, nor seen that mag around.

and if you look at his old feedback a lot of users were banned for feedback fraud. right now he scamming another user on the nation for a marker.

That's a scam because i'm a Canadian and i never ask to send as a Gift so i can save money.
I pay about 30 bucks every time i ship out to the States and that's with tracking#.
And you have to pay that or you get no tracking and no insurance if it get's lost.

I could have launched the legal already but my guts were telling me to be patient.

Well I have been asking for one but:
- he got a head injury the first 3 weeks
- then had to rush to a family death
- before leaving he asked a friend to mail it
- he cant get in touch with the friend
- he is coming back tomorrow

So I guess this weekend will be a turn around for me, whether I start involving the police or not.

That's probably a good idea, for all we know the guy could truly going through hell (can I say that on here?) and back. I've had a few weeks like that, and if that's the case then you don't want to be a jerk.

However, from the information that's been posted this guy does seem a wee bit sketchy. If he does find that the marker isn't shipped out I would recommend just getting your money back. I know you want the 'Mag, but at this point is it worth the risk of being scammed? If he is a scammer I bet by now he's found out he's messing with the wrong guy and this is a bad idea. He'll probably make up a lie and say the 'Mag was stolen by a friend, or somehow lost and then refund you because he knows you aren't a guy that's going to just lay down and take a $450 loss and you will pursue it.

But heck, maybe he'll get it to you. We can hope right? Best of luck.

I think you are doing the right thing being patient. I would recommend that after the next communication you get from him, if he has not shipped the gun out, you give him a deadline to either send you the gun or a refund, or you'll employ more direct means of getting either the gun or a refund (cops, AO members).

Well a package was sent and received last monday. Ok it was sent to the wrong address (one in the US) but still family so will get it in 3 weeks, putting 13 weeks since the moment i sent money.

Asked my family to send pictures to check. Will keep AO updated...

Well just got the pictures and I am the new owner of the Armada mag!!
The seller also sent an EP grip and extra parts...So yes I had to wait 13 weeks and got somewhat panicky but I was right to follow my vibe...Seller did have personal problems and communication could have been better but it s all solved.

Now I will never do a GIFT payment again for sure
