Got the part detailed out. Let me if any fatal flaws jump out at you. Right now the plan is to have a 1/2" long mounting screw, should give about 6 threads. Was able to shrink it up some but you can see from the pictures it gets kinda tight in there. Gonna have to pass on the 3rd hole for LPR right now, thanks for the comment though.

Is the ASA going to hang out off the front of the rail with the offset screw hole?

Chrome, Good question. I measured a couple of classic rails then modeled them and it didn't appear to hang over. Having said that it is close. The shop will hold +/- .005 so I think we are good. I wanted to provide enough room for various aftermarket frames.

Cool. Actually, having it come right up to the edge would probably feel better in hand.

Another thought (just remembering what has plagued other parts in function in the past) - double check the size of the pin in the center of the bottle thread opening, as I know other parts have had trouble either not opening a pin valve enough or pushing the pin in too far.

Another another thought - how big is the air hole connecting the bottle threads with the fitting holes? Maybe add another hole for additional flow?

I'll check the pin length on some ASAs I have on some of my markers. I used a standard minimag vert asa to get my dimensions. O-ring doesn't quite engage soon enough for me (air starts coming out on can sometimes cause the oring to pinch) on the ASA but I'm not sure I can fix that with this design. Maybe model a tank reg and double check o-ring engagement/pin depression points. Chrome-Thanks again.

Getting close to the end of the poll. Once it is closed I'll see where we stand on everything. Based on the numbers it looks like I have just enough interest to justify the risk and cash on the smallest quantity (50). Probably means I won't be able to lower the cost any so sorry about that. I was hoping everyone wanted 50! ha ha.
