High temperature soldering basically, with higher temperature filler (solder) to match.

I have one or 2 just like it. Thing you want to ckt is where the vent hole is. Mine is right in the same area that the rest of my lvl 10's are so I didn't worry about it.

It's like soldering but on a bigger scale.

I'm sure you've seen someone fix copper house pipes right? They join the pipes by brazing them with a metal filler.

......WTF man. Just Google the crap. Not like you have to run to a library to get the answers.

Thanks, man. I was using my phone over a slow connection. Just learnt something new. I'm never afraid to ask.

EDIT: by the way, as I'm working for Microsoft, I cannot google things anymore. Now I have to BING them LOL

Today I received my XMag (with EMag Valve and Level10) and an XValve with LVL10.

As I checked them I saw that the plunger of one of the Level10 bolts is much longer than on the other Level10 bolt.

Also the bolt with the longer plunger is 2 gramms lighter (33,7g) as the other one (36g).

The plungers are tight and did not wobble...

          Two pics:

          Idea anyone?

Ok, shot the gun with the bolt today. After a few shots there was a massive leak down the barrel.

I removed the bolt from the valve and found this:

So the back of the plunger is just loctited into the the brazed/press fit top and came loose on this bolt over the time.

Thanks for the pics. Very interesting. I've always wondered how they stuffed all those gnomes in a level 10.

Here's one for ya ; I have a LX bolt that the vent hole was not drilled far enough , it would shoot but wouldn't reset till the air drained of the back side , drove me crazy for a while
