    It would be nice to have an ultralight rail option on the market again. I for one could care less about field stripping my valve as I've never had to do it before and with a macro line I find it incredibly easy to pull the body with an extra screw anyway.

            lol, it's one ounce, how much lighter do you need it?

            If you really want to know, look up the weight specs on both materials and figure the percentage difference.

              It would be in the neighborhood of 12 grams for the rail without a foregrip mount.

                      The one with with the front mount or the one without? The one with should be about 6 5/16", the one without 5 3/8".

                            Not sure how someone would run the air though. No meat left on the rail for mounting anything. It would have to go frame bottom.

                              Just curious, Over the years I know there have been other super light rails made. Some similar but some of them have a issue that when clamped to a body they flex & screw up alignment of parts. How is this one?

                                These are designed to the exact wall thickness as every other rail I do. I keep it on the stronger side, way more than others I've seen.
