Yeah, I'm down for pictures of the rest of the process. I'm a sucker for machine shop pron.

(Step #3) Finished up the slug bodies after a long day yesterday.

Finished bodies, a stack fatties and the slimmer Deflator bodies.

      Stack of slims

Machine setup, kind of a bummer I couldn't get another vise for a 4th set up.

First 4 of the run, one cycle top and bottom

Setting up for the Carrier run today. No rest for the wicked.

A few were asking about some info to help get an anodizing bid, this might help.

          Update:

Carriers are finished, de-burred, washed and laid out to dry (Which takes about 15 seconds in the Arizona heat. lol).

          Detents are next.

              Definitely not on the A-Team.

I cut two more (prototype) spring cups this morning so I could dial in the design, now were ready to go with production.

I made this fixture to manufacture the spring cups, this is the kind of stuff that eats up time on projects behind the scenes.

The logos actually serve a purpose.

Breach and barrel cut away, kinda cool but hard to see any detail in the pictures.

The cutaway parts are really cool to see.
