About 1200 a day for rec

that's about 200-300 a game assuming I make it until the endo of the game =P

At practice about 2 cases at a tournament usually about 3.5-4...playing 10 man and taking 12 pods and a hopper on the field adds up.......

As an indoor field owner I can tell you the average for 3 hours of play which equals about 12-15 games as being 750. I've seen guys go through 2 cases during our Friday Night Fighting which is 5 hours.
