Will there be a "Go Level 10" program where someone would be able to trade their retro valve and cash for the level 10?

Like the "Go Retro Program", ya know?

Um, you would just get the Level 10 kit and slap it onto what you have.

Level 10 is a collection of parts to give your marker better performance. Right now it looks like it will retrofit to EVERY GUN WE EVER MADE. It is NOT a new gun or a new body or a new valve. It is only a collection of parts.

So basically its a overhaul kit for the mag? Will the lvl 10 make lower bolt pressure, shorter trigger, lighter trigger, more cosistency(if you can get any better than 2+/- fps), etc?
