This sounds like a spamming game. I don't know of very many Trekkies who are into spam. What about the challenge of posting different images or links for each post? Every one of them has to be different.
Anyone can set up a program to repeatedly post, or cut and paste, the same post over and over again. It takes real skill to come up posts on a specific topic, each of them different, OR a scavenger hunt of all sorts of obscure things that the posting/link master has to find.
IF we do it that way, it isn't just a matter of the speed of the connection, but the skills of the hunter.

Purty connection... Do you always connect at the rate?...Seeing as how CHl2IS has the fastest connection, but a computer that bites the dust. I nominate myself as a substitute. I have a near-screaming system (Athlon XP 1700+, 256 DDR=512 Sdram) & a faster than normal cable connection. Come on ppl, give a guy a chance! Pleeeasee!!
