bartleby, unfortunately you can't polish alum without getting oxidation. I would either buy the Dye chrome or have it chromed after you get it which is what I had to do, due to lack of production on 2X frames

I say, since you got the clear warp and stuff, that goin for the chrome and purple color scheme would be the best choice. that way, all you gotta do is get a new body(or polish the one you got) and a chrome frameBlack Warp Left E-mag #EM00163

oh and here's what I think u should do (now knowing u dont want intelliframe) get a dye single trigger frame in black, look around and get some purpl sticky grips, get a purpl drop forward, shocktech or other and get a aluminum black freak back (lighter and black) either keep the black tank cover or get purpl doesn matter. possibly purpl warp shells? and if you dont mind changing from SS to macro get some black macro line (or if u can find it which will be hard Purpl macro) if you are gonna stay SS line get some purpl elbows.
and if you dont yet have one a fill niple cover black/purpl
