Nothing, there's almost no gap between the loader and the tube. The rain won't enter directly in the loader.
After a long time under the rain I could start to have problems, of course, but nothing than a good adhesive tape can't solve :)

Btw I've played a lot under the rain with my old Revolution, also cut. Never had a problem of water inside the loader (and it was under very heavy rain, were balls were breaking after 30 foots of travel lol)

                  Fantastic setup!

                  Three questions,

                  1) What kind of batteries are you running in your Warpfeed;
                  2) How much would you charge me to carve my HALO; and
                  3) What is your contingency (if any) in case you needed to move to a vertical feed setup temporarily. Tape, different hopper, etc.?

                  Again, very nice job!

Why do you have a stainless freak back on an extreme?
I mean, they ARE supposed to be light, and stainless sure is heavy.

Why didn't you just use a 90* like Tom?

That fit is so tight that it begs the question: how did you decide where to cut? Also, when you say that the project was "messy" did you mean that you were dripping hot plastic everywhere or something else?

Since you are the first to accomplish this task, you will be required to answer way too many questions. :)

The pic will show you the problem I had to face.

Those are parts of the HaloB . You can see what the polypropylene does when it melts.
Basicaly the polypropylene just moves to another place, but is not removed from the shell.
Unfortunately for me, it becomes as hard as before when it is cold.
This makes the thing a bit harder (at least longer) to do.

It's easy to find the good place where to cut the loader thanks to the flat part of the Halo.

Put the loader in the warpfeed. The tube coming from the warp shows directly where to start the cut.
The warp breech gives the other place. Then you've just to draw two lines (in fact curves) between those points to find the place where to cut.

The rest is just a question of time. Just go slowly, and don't cut a hole too big at the beginning. It's easier to correct a hole too small than too big :).

another way you could have done instead of cutting a hole, it to do the melting methode. just get a peice of pipe, get it hot and then melt a bend into the hopper.

Do you think if he used the pipe method, that it would have turned that white color, or was that just becuase he was cutting through it?
