    Okay,
Here's what I have decided .... please let me know if it sounds logical?

    1) Compressed Air system
    2) Level 10 kit
    3) Intelliframe
    4) Retro Valve
    5) Replace body w/ Powerfeed since im still classic
    6) Look into Warp setup

I figure first start out with constant shots otherwise im wasting ... then get the level 10 to get rid of the few chops I get (I dont rapid fire most of the time but i do occasionally).. then go Intelliframe to get that all good so its all ready when I get the Retro Valve so I can go more into the rapid fire arena .... then I wanna replace my body with a Powerfeed (probably same time as the retro) so I can eliminate the possibility of chopping for the most part ... and then look into the WARP setup last

    Sound good?

    Sincerely,
    Dave K

that looks good to me as well. a quick question: do you already have an electronic loader? if not you should look into one around the retro/inteli stage so you can keep up with the rate of fire. i would suggest a revolution from view loader or if your willing to spend the money a halo b.

I'm actually picking up a Viewloader Revolution 12v tomorrow ... I'm going paintballing with my stock setup this weekend and I'm picking up the things I've misplaced during my move (mask, viewloader, new remote) ...

          Sincerely,

            digi,

I'd say the following order may serve you well for upgrading:

First get yourself a motorized paintball hopper such as a viewloader 12 volt revvy with Xboard. There are faster and better loaders out there but this is kind of the industry standard and functions well. The rest of the stuff follows.

            1) Compressed air system with adjustable output such as the AGD flatline.
            2) If your classic does not have one, get a gas through grip of some sort to mount up front and stainless steel hoses from the tank to the grip and from the top of the grip to your valve.
            3) Get a powerfeed body, hopper left if you are right handed and hopper right if you are a lefty. This allows paintballs to feed much more consistently into the breach.
            4) Intelliframe. Makes for a nice trigger feel even without a retro valve.
            5) Retro valve. Other than the air system this will be the most expensive of your upgrades. While these valves are great and you will no doubt really enjoy one, you can certainly bring your marker up to excellent rec ball or even torunament grade performance without needing to go retro. You buy a retro because you feel the need for reactivity to shoot faster or because you just like the feel of the reactivity. Not many folks really have a trigger finger actually outshoots the recharge rate of the regular AIR valves.
            6) Level 10. This is a worthwhile upgrade mainly if you are chopping balls. If you are not chopping balls with your mag and things are working well without a level 10 then why bother? These are somewhat tricky to install and result in a slight decrease in shots per tank. Don't get me wrong, these are a great innovation but you don't need it if you don't have chopping problems or don't find yourself breaking balls due to fragile paint.
            7) Consider a warp feed. This will certainly add weight and bulk to your marker setup but these things are great fun.
            8) If you like using a warp, you may want to look into a warp feed body. Then again, by the time you get this far along in the upgrade path you may have new variable breach aluminum bodies available for consideration.

Welcome back and enjoy that mag!

Might want to just get an RTPro and skip 3-5. You can get a used RTPro with intelliframe for 350-400 if you look in the right places. Then you can sell your classic mag for 150-200. You'd end up paying much less than what you would pay if you bought 3-5 separately, and your marker would look much more stylish

I agree with dnm and just get the RT. You would save money, and do it with style

The only downside of the original body is that blowback will cause you to chop if you fire very fast. Pretty much the same problem with a vert feed mainbody. If you get level 10, which greatly reduces blowback, you wont need to get a powerfeed.

                    Valve- 200
                    Mainbody- 150
                    Inteliframe- 120
                    Total----470

Why on earth wouldn't you buy a new RT PRo for 550? I am sure you could sell your current mag for the difference.
My advice is to sell your current mag and buy a new RT PRO and level 10. Hell, if your patient you can purchase a RT PRO with nitro and probably barrels for 450-600ish on ebay.
(My buddy did just that. RT PRO w/intelli, 2 barrels, mask 450$)

Ok, here's my 2 cents worth.

Looking at the basic upgrades you want (Level 10, HPA, Intelliframe, retro valve, new body) this is the EXPENSIVE way to go. Looks like that adds up to aroudn 600-700 bucks before tax and shipping.
You can find your basic emags online for 800.00. Add in a decent HPA system for another 200. (the alum fiber wrapped tanks are lighter, and you can pick up a good screw in tank for 150-200 bucks - just make sure it's preset at 800psi).
Once you do that, you have ALL the parts you listed in a NEW gun PLUS its electronic to boot! Super short trigger, Hybrid mode and the ability to jump to manual mode if needed (battery dies mid-game or something).

Now, if you still want to upgrade, here's my thoughts in order of importance.
                      1: Level 10
                      2: HPA
3: motorized hopper (if you dont already have one)
                      4: RTvalve
                      5: intelliframe
6: power feed body w/ NEW PLUG (it makes a HUGE difference in feeding paintballs and preventing ball chops, and its only a 2.00 part!)

                      Good luck!

Well there are 2 reasons I want to upgrade instead of buy new

                        1) Out of pocket initial cost.. I can upgrade slowly
                        2) I just enjoy adding things here and there ...

I already have the original mag, and its been with me forever .... so I'd like to build up from what I started with .... I know it isn't as "cost" effective in the final model .. but I can go part by part and still improve and when Im done its like rebuilding a car ..... you might have a whole new car, but its your car ... you did it!

                        ya know?

I do thank ALL of you for your input, you did make a LOT of sense ...

                        Sincerely,
                        Dave K
