        Magman let me finish this one and we can go from there. That sound good to you. I have no reason to charge you for doing it anyway. Its not that hard to do really, just some sanding down on the edges and stuff. I am also going to try some other stuff with it.

        Gotta go eat man we just finished a tourny and I am beat. But hey we finished 2nd.

        Data dont worry about the job on it. If you had done a better job I would have never got it so cheap...

            Get someone with a TIG welder to put a bit of AL weld in that gouge and dress it down. (Disassemble first)

            For a gouge like that, the welder wouldn't need to be turned up very far. The gouge isn't that long, so just a short arc time will be required. On that small an area, the heat won't deform the battery pack.
