DUDE, dont sell the sfl, its the exact same thing as the x-mag, that would just be futile. Try a stiffer detent. your probabally encountering the same problems angel users do, the loader is pushing past the detent. Also, how was it chopping with ace on?? hmmm?

Also, sorry bout your battery, but yours doesnt flash low batt? mine does thats quite odd.

Did you finger test your lx after you stepped down a spring? maybe you should have.

Try grabbing a new angel ball detent, that may cure your problem, worst comes to worst, your right by there, send it in to agd. Hell, call jon and the factory guys (JJ, Roman etc) and ask em to come on out to play. You can probabally drag JJ aside for 5 secondsa and ask him to fix your marker, thats what jon did for me with my old e-mag!

If you grab a new detent, make sure it is pretty stiff. I know im going to need new ones once i get my Halo b

hope all goes well, stick with the sfl!

Maybe the paint was too big for your barrel. A properly set up level ten shouldn't not chop paint like that.

I had the same prob w/ Big Ball..

I had this same issue with my LX Micro last weekend! We were playing idnoor ultimate 5man and the propane heaters ran out. It got like under 40 degrees or so. Green Big Ball was spoojing all over the place out of my barrel. I didn't have any paint in my breach or on the bolt. It was definitely breaking down the barrel coupled with the brittle shell and low temp. Afternoon, when it warmed up a bit the problem went away? I think I will stop using Big Ball.

                I think....

we all have over-passed the first sentence of his original post to start this thread... SuperCheap Paint.

The LX will stop on rolled up 10dollar bill right?... I've still seen paint that is more fragile than paper.... some Kmart BE paints, 2yr old Pink Marbs that was like.. u blow on it and it cracks open....

Spend a little extra and get some decent paint. I originally thought I chopped with my SFL once last week. but it turned out that one ball had broke in the elbow for no apparent reason.. not from being forced down by the HaloB, or even from a jaged edge... just cause some o the paint i was testing it with was some old old stuff from the basement of my house.

The paint was not brittle, at all.

I think it might have had something to do with how the ball is transfered from inside the breach to the barrel.

I was using a my freak, with the .689 insert.I think the ball may have been hitting the front of the insert, when being loaded, and cracking or breaking. That would explain all of the paint in the breach.

(its a semi-old insert, and the edges are sharp, so im thinking thats my problem.)

But this cant be the only thing, cause i have chopped like this before with my Boomy...
