Well Old Fugly got a work out Sunday.

I should 4500-5000 balls out of it in 5 games ( never finished a game with the gun because I was running out of air as I am a back player now not a mid )

In that I broke 1 ball in the barrel from a double feed.

All told I shot a bit over 6000 rounds for the day and I broke more paint in the borrowed guns than mine

The pics above are first shots, so far I have smoothed all the edges, and rounded down the pivot pin bumps. My Chipply feed neck wouldnt play nice so it got the dremel treatment too I try to snap a few pics tomorrow of the gun together.

Out side the shop today wanted the sun for the pic.

You can see the area on teh feed neck needed to be thinned down a bit to make it in all teh way into the body. I wanted the neck and body to have the most thread contact I could manage so I had someone turn it down a bit but it wants enough so I broke out the Dremel tool of death.

You can also see that I have started work on softening up the sear pin bumps, I am still not happy with that and when I get a cloth wheel for teh shops bench grinder I'll see what havoc I can wreck with that.

I hand filed down all the sharp point on the rail so there is nothing sharp on it. The Grip will get the same treatment.

            Dremel madness!

Rob, yer a sick, sick puppy.

Now make me one (only half joking). That's it, I'm stopping by the store tomorrow night to check it out.

            Very nice work.

OK some more was done I have the dremel screaming ! Muhahahhahah*cough*hack*wezzz*

Ok here are the newer pics of the body. Btw I swung by Giant on my way home to use thier produce scales to weigh the bodies.

Stock Emag Rail & PF Body with PF Plug 1lb

Rob ULE Body & Rail & Feed Neck .45lbs SWEET !

Now If I could just get a scale that can measure grams I would be set.

Looks pretty damn good, now only if my project works out as smooth.

Did anyone see yo useing the scales at Giant? I bet they were like 'what in the hell is that guy doing?'

Maybe try the post office next time, then have some damn nice scales.
