OK, but Carmen is pretty serious machining. If you want to see it go HERE!

It's a combination of 3+2 axis roughing, and 5 axis semi and finishing techniques. An impressive piece by many accounts.

The whole thing takes under 6 hours...

if i remember correctly, there was no writing involved. it whent from a 3D scan of a statuette into tebis, which converted the model into the code needed to run the cnc machine. VERY cool, nontheless

also did you shorten the front of it at all because normally it lines up perfectly with the battery pack on the emag and shortening it would look very odd(angled would be nice however)

ok yall.. got this one allll polished up.. man i gotta say. WOW. you will no believe it. ofcourse you wont believe it, cause i cant get the pictures off my camera where im at! so, look for pictures shortly..

this means everytning is ready. sine AGD does not have any slugs for sale right now (they will again soon), I cant get any more slug bodies to mill right now. For those of you who already have a stock sluggo wanting to make it into a Chord body, please go ahead and email/PM me. the price for this will be $125 for it a beautifully milled, polished, ready to be annodized body.

yes they will cover over the valve once the new slugs are out...

the front stops exactly where the barrel threads into the body, just like an angel.

again, be looking for pics of the polished body soon (looks like chrome!!!) :)

$125? Very nice price! I would've expected more for such a beautifully milled body. Looks like AGD already has some competition
