    The great warpfeed

Im not bashing here, , but u guys claim that its so great cause it eliminates the "blimp" above your gun and so greatly reduces the chances of getting hit because of it.... Have any of you thought that when that "blimp" is gone and a paintball comes and hits where the "blimp" was supposed to be? whats bhind your marker... YOUR MASK!!! i played with one and every game when my "blimp" should have gotten hit i got gogged... now all of you guys cant tell me u dont have ur face there, which i know most of you are gunna lie and say you dont.... so if u have a warp ur not gunna get hit in the hopper... instead ur gunna get gogged. just had to get that off my chest
    bring it!

ACtually, you ARE wrong, and if you know what your doing, your mask usually wouldnt be there. You should have your maskabout halfway in/out while the hopper is all the way out because otherwise it would hinder your aiming ability. Why dont you look at some comparative photos on warpigs or AGD's site before you spout off things like that?

The only time my hopper was close to my goggles (in the way your saying) is when I was keeping a player on the other side of the field at bay ... crossing up. But 99% of the time my gun is exposed more than my head and I've YET to get goggled since I started using the warp.

It does protect occasionally though from those painful chest hits ...lol

        Sincerely,
        Dave

When I first got my warp my head took a beating. You have to completely adjust the way you shoot to take full advantge of it. Anyone who thinks the warp doesn't make you a smaller target has never played with one the right way.

the thing i always wondered about was its not on top anymore but now you have it sticking out the side?

Yes it's on the side and it mounts on the "inside" of the gun so it's up against your chest, It doesn't increase the side profile at all. if you get hit where the Warp is, you would have got hit in the chest.

I'll give you a big picture reason. The warp has been out for going on three years. Even though they have been called heavy, bulky, complicated, stupid, ***gy, unneccesary, for back players only, for rec players only, for front players only, for newbs only, for guys who cant shoot lefty, for players with no skills and DEFINITELY not for pro players, the fact remains we sell hundreds a month. If if was that stupid a product it would have been dead in few months. Just like our friends the Booya Grip, Tribal and the Race Frame.

well seeing as how I sight down the side of the marker, my barrel is always further out than the mask. I'd say that the majority of hits(when in the bunker, not in transition) are front reg hits(matrix). And if thats the only target you're exposing then I'd say you're doing alright. In fact... I'd say I've been goog'd less since going to the warp.

Other than burying your hopper in a sup air bunker, you're going to have a lot more sticking out with a blimp on top. I find that I don't get hit "straight on" much anymore. It's typically from the side.
