I've owned 3 Tribals, great gun crappy business man. BTW, he was also the one responsible for Boo-yahh, and the Joker(spyder clone)

He was just in it for the money, he preordered a bunch of guns, then took the money and fled back to France, then somehow got his hands in boo-yahh, and Joker.
Go to PBN and ask HaveBlue for the whole story.

The list goes on. They're cheap Bushmaster knock-offs. Yes, they get paint out the end of the barrel and they can function most of the time, but so did my Stingray.
You are right about the front reg, but thats it.
My anno was fine, no flaws, wires were not glued, it fired stock as fast as any stock Angel. With good paint to barrel match it was getting me 3" groupings at 30 feet or so.
Consistency really sucked until HB came out with the LPR adapter, allowing you to use any cocker adapter. Toxic Toys did go out of business in '99, not because of poor quality, but horrid business practices by the owner. He also left behind a trail of people who want him dead(well, not really dead, but you get my point.)

        um

Tribals are very good guns. You can come out and bash all you want. But if you were to every shoot one or own one you would learn that they dont suck. And as for knock offs. What do you consider a Defiant to be? hmm? sorry, I just took offence to that. 80% of the bad things you hear about tribals are just rumors. The other 20% are most likely user error.

I dont mean to get all pissy, but i wrather like my two tribals.

how can you not like that. its just so nice.

I've owned 3. I was sorry to let any of them go.
          I had a 2.2 Twister, 2.2 BBT, and a 2.2 Mephisto.

How did a thread go from about warpfeeds to why Tribals suck?

I used to hate warpfeeds, now I have 2(well,1, with another on the way!)
I figure if AGD Kids can win with them, they must be better than I first thought!

This will be my last post on the subject, but I do have experience with Tribals. I have shot them and I have worked on them. A friend of mine bought one of the first ones (aluminum bolt, 13bps FA board, etc.)

I will admit the thing shot well once I put my AKA Sidewinder on it, but the build quality was bad. Perhaps since it was one of the first gen Tribals, they changed things after that, but this one left a lot to be desired.

It was a Tribal BBT with blue and black anodize. On the back half of the gun where it was suppose to be all black, they got a spot blue, so they covered it up with some type of black coating.

For the price of the gun and what you had to put into them to get them working well, they weren't bad, but I was not impressed with the gun after working on it about half a dozen times.

Personally I like the warp because it clears my vision. Without the blimp I can scan quite nicely.
