Just my 2 cents...
If you look at the page it says he's been a member since Dec 9, 2000, so I'd say that it's not just a name he came up with to sell something quick. It's just that he hasn't received any feedback. All that means is that he probably hasn't bought/sold anything on ebay since he created his name, however, the sunglasses next to his name means that he has recently changed it.There's nothing like passing gas at 25,000 feet.

It's pretty hard to tell if it's legit or not but by the last statement in the description
"Email us for other acc. Tanks, paintball, clothing, ect"
it sounds like it could be from a dealer in Spokan which I think is BK Paintball Supplies since I think it's the only dealer and field in that area.

I can't access Ebay here at work, so I can't see it, but...
If the red Xmag has a red HALO-B on it, it's legit. I met Dave at the Pan Am in Vegas last year, and he was thinking of selling it then.
