Problem with the new nubbins

Ok, well with our powers combined now the symptoms and the possible cause of the problem are photo documented. Tom's got to be thinking that every penny he spent to buy this board he's made up for in R&D.

Well I have put them on 2 boas and my Stock Emag barrel. Everything is fine. Even with dry orings they go in - although with some OMPH. My nubbins do seem to be as short as yours - but they still fit in fine. I was worried that they would be too tall and not fit in - but they do just fine.

Sent 1000 rnds through it this weekend with no problems

I see minor wear on the nubbings - and they seem to stick in more than the old wire ones. I would suppose you could track wear better and replace them BEFORE they break.

I found the o-ring problem to be the same. Rings go under the nubbin instead of on top.

Good performance

Good with warp feed

Impossible to not adjust correctly
(good fit good with out any adjustment)

Well I found a fix for the too-short nubbin. I put a single layer of duct tape arounf the nubbin and then put the o-ring on top of that. Pretty scientific, huh? I shot about a half a hopper of all-stars through my freak and had no problems at all. The accuracy was dead-on and I had no misfeeds.

i have both problems the nubbin's too thick and the o-rings stick out to far and on the third barrel i tried when it worked the o-ring slipped under the nubbin. i'm ging to try greasing it like mentioned above tomarrow and see where i get. i suggest making them thinner and longer.
