        Awesome!

        Imagine...

        Lighter Matrix
        Smaller Matrix
        Efficient Matrix

        Yum!

I like DYE's style and design... The "look" they give their products is top notch. Every thing they make "looks" and "feels" great!

As far as product "engineering" goes, I hope they don't disappoint.

One thing's for sure... the prices will go up!

Good to see competition step up and do battle with the XMAG...

I don't trust Matrices. The day my friend's came in the mail the board fried. Then we went to the local shop and the owner said he had sent 9 back to the company for fixing in the past week. They're probably not that bad but it would take some serious persuading before I ever bought one.

I'm guessing prices will be around the same price as the Dye Ironman Angels. $1300-$1500 range just as much as a Xmag.

Theres other good matrixs coming out as well, pro paintball is coming out with a mini freeflow matrix, which is about the same as the one described above but does have the lifetime parts/labor warranty (dye usually doesnt have lifetime warranties). Even my current matrix gets about 1800 on a 68/45. Anyways that sounds cool, I might even get one later on.

Well i guess i wont see another matrix for under 700 dollars anymore :-\. And that craftsmanship is gonna go down the crapper. I have had nothing but bad luck with dye. Standard quality merchandise for high prices.

Honestly I think the quality will go up. Gen E just didn't do too well in the quality department, and most people who own a Trix realize that. In my experiences, DYE has always delivered a solid and good looking product (I have yet to have troubles with something they've made). Although the prices going up is pretty likely (maybe about $150, they can't raise it too much though, they'll just lose loads of customers and I think Dave realizes that), the quality and maybe performance increase may excuse much of that.
