I always scroll the review sites until I find someone that has shot a high end mechanical gun (mag or cocker - preferabbly both). I figure these people probably have some idea on guns and are not too close minded (now I know there are a million individual examples of why I'm wrong). I then read the review and take it from there. BTW - the reason I bought my first mag was the reviews on PBReviews.

I always look at the really bad reviews. Those help me out the most. I don't want to know hwat is good, I want to know what could go wrong. So, on these review sites, look at the negative reviews.

pbreview is useless, and I hate 1 to 10 rating sistems. Is 5 average, or failing? ect.

I do like to read the bad reviews though.

As a musician, I can tell you that all of the same problems exist on user-review sites for instruments, also. The same goes for boats, autos, etc. That is why I always say, try before you buy. Facts are good to consider, and can certainly be useful when you don't have time to really try stuff out, but another person's opinion is just that, opinion. There are too many people trying to justify purchases, or who negatively review things simply because they have a chip on their shoulder.

Personally, I think these reviews are for you to check and make sure there arent any serious flaws with the product you want to buy and that people have been satisfied with it.

For the most part Pbreviews reviews are useless, the only time i ever listen to reviews is when they come from a knowledged person or from a good site like WARPIG
