Man, I was like buying Tonka trucks in those days, I was 3 years old. Haha, the first time I saw paintball I freaked out because I was golfing at Ginos Paintball and Miniature Golf. I was so scared I got some ice cream.

Oh..it shoots da 620:1 .No problemo.

Don't make me have to wipe your bum with baby wipes in front of all our fellow AOers...

In 91, I was cutting class, partying, drinking, boosting and smoking plants.

A hell of a lot more than you would think, ask the same question of SEMI-AUTO's still running then that answer would be a lot lower, My pump markers still work..well the Phantom needs a bit of love as I had to have the feed neck re-attached and it wasn't done in the neatest way but my Sterling still works great and I will have at least two more soon that will be for sale. I have a pre-star minimag (if minimag valves ever had stars???) with a few upgrades that shoots fine...just that I don't use it.

I was only 6 but i bought my first gun four years later.

          Pre-star Minimag! yay...

I payed 450 dollars with custom anno, matching gas-thru, and two barrels. Brass JNJ, stock minimag.

I really wish i still had pics of that bad boy.
I sold it here in like 2001 or something with all upgrades.

Damn, i been playing this game on/off for way too long.

First game was when i was 9 so lets assume i have been playing paintball for that long.

          Wow, 9 years of paintball.

I do not know how much they cost back then but I can tell you I just sold my 1991 minimag to a paintball store for $600 because it was in mint condition and such. I guess they wanted an old mag for some reason.

I'll have to pull the receipt out to get the exact cost. But in Fall/Winter of 1992 when I bought my Mag from Smart Parts I paid over $850. This included.

                  PF Automag
                  16" SP AA Barrel
                  8" Crown Point Barrel
Smart Remote (This included the Expansion Chamber)
                  20oz Tank
VL 100 Loader (This came stock on all Mag at the time)
                  Smart Parts inline filter

                  I then went back to Smart Parts a year later spent over $300 more to buy;

                  - 8+1 (100 rd tube loader) Renegade harness (the cool one that attahced to their jumpsuit via velcro (too bad I didn't have the jumpsuit)):)
                  - 20oz tank
                  - Vents Predator mask (Damn I miss this mask)
                  - VL 200 loader

I paid 400 for a used minimag in 95 with 2 barrels and a bottomline. I still use the old DAC tulip barrel as my main barrel and the mini was my main gun until I got my Xmag

I paid $400 for my first mag in 1992. In the fall of 92, I also bought an SP package similar to the others posted here for $700.

I paid $500 for my PF mag with crown point barrel in late 92 (no stars on the valve). It was running fine when I got an x-valve this year.

I also paid $400 for my F-1 illustrator in 90 and it still runs great (my wife was still using it until about 1 year ago).
