Well my dad is plannig on getting a sherline cnc mill soon. He has been in machineing for about 30 years now and wants something to play with. I also had to convince him to get one. I have made bolts for spyders, cockers and tribals on a manuel mill but this will be whole other world of machineing. I have to learn g-code and is taking tech drafting so i'll learn cad soon.I have already set up a anno line and a nylon dye line for my nylon bolts but i was wondering how hard it was to mill sluggos. I was wondering how much i could mess up and it still be good. I am now milling a nylon emag battery case and a nylon rail. I'll post pics when i get them done. I have a rippled design on the nylon rails and just need to get the CNC in to mill the design on the side.
I would like to hear some experencies on milling sluggos. I would hate to mess up on one and scrape a 15- dollar sluggo.

Id like something like that, but I know little about the whole subject.
