I'm pretty sure he doesn't have the battery pack screw tightened. Once tightened it straightens it out, but without it tight it has a bit of wobble in it and probably enough to make it look that way.Comment

Maybe he missed the dove tail when he slid the battery on. Only that picture has it like that. My emag battery wiggles unless i tighten it down so hard that it surely isnt good for it. Then it still wiggles a little.Official Member # 10,261 and so is GeorgeComment
