guys i need help, i was offered a gun but it is from sp, what do i do?

One thing that has helped me through my gun trading periods. Once find a gun that you like. Stop looking at other types of guns or your going to get really confused and not know what to get.

i swear thats a dye aluminum on your emag. Even the old dye ultralights had the twistlock look on them but were glued. i may be wrong but eh

Make sure you go through a 3rd party. If I decide to trade for an impulse, I'm putting anti-SP stickers all over it.

lets put it this way, a basic rat without vision is about 600-700, now your emag new is about 900-1000 even if he adds 200 its not a good deal as he wouldnt get anywhere near the resale of your emag unless my resale prices are off...i'd personally keep the emag unless you dont like it.

your not gonna have anyone spend 900-1000 on a used basic emag, he still has the steel body, is anything ule? if not i say 600-700 rat will go for about 550-500 without vision

Colored Rat impulses sell new for about $550US.

New emags sell for about ~$900US.

Now look at the resale value of a used marker for both. A used emag sells for about $600US. A used Rat impulse sells for about $400.00.

In two or three years, the emag will still sell for $500 - $600 based on past and present experience with emags. An older impulse will keep going down in price as it gets older. This is because impulses are more prone to wear and they keep copming out with new designs that are not backward compatible. So, who knows what the impulse will be worth in the future.

Right now the deal looks like an ok one. I personally think the emag will hold its value better in the long run.

I do have 2 other bodies, which I can include with the marker for you. one is a standard feed hopper right classic body.

the other is a polished hopper right powerfeed minimag body.

with this I would include some elbows for you to use, but this is all i have for extra bodies.

and sorry, please dont take it the wrong way, all i have extra right now is 100 beans to throw in for a trade with this... understandable when you get kind of infuriated and yell and scream at me

I perfer the E-Mag to most of the Impulses, plus I think they look kind of weird. But it's up to you. SP doesn't get anything from you buying a second hand gun, so it's not like you're violating the boycot (not that you couldn't violate it anyway)
