PBgear ships paint well, like when I just need a break from crappy stuff and need some evil. But otherwise, I hate them. 3 months to get my mag, and I guess I'm never going to get my tank cover. Been a year now, but I just totally forgot about it. Although one time they sent me a whole bunch of tippman gear, and I sold half of it before they called me. Then, to cover, I just said, "I thought it was a gift from a friend". God, that was funny.

i must be pretty lucky because that is the only place I order pb stuff from if i want it new. i have never gotten a bad order problem. i usually order stuff that is out of stock too and its just fine, i know i have to wait so i give it time. if it doesn't come in a month and a half i call em up though but that hasn't happened yet.

i have never had a problem with pbgear. and you gotta love it when you and your friends do a bulk order on paint, and they ship you a 100 lb package for free!

Yup when I need something that I cant get used or what not I go to pbgear, have been for over 5 years as well. Not one bad experience. Plus I get everything the day after I order it since I am so close to them anyhow. Just goes to show you, you will hear more from those that have had bad things happen to them but the larger precentage of people have not had issues. Really from what I read there are not THAT many people that have things go wrong with pbgear.

i might use them more/give them another chance if they didnt charge me sales tax. i can just find the stuff for the same price, or a matched price with no tax, and they dont screw up as many orders.

Naw actually the biggest recent change is the movement of warehouses over the summer which has basically quadrupled the warehouse's ability to get orders out on that day. Much more efficient now than it was (for better or for worse since im getting only half the working hours I should be)... As for screw ups they can be a bit of a challenge for our checkers if theyre not horribly familiar with EVERY item that pbgear sells: be it paintball, skateboard, videogame, that warhammer stuff (which THANK GOD ALWAYS has an item name on the package), or now snowboard stuff.

I find it quite hypocrytical that a LARGE company can accidently not ship an item and ALL HECK BREAKS LOOSE over the phone (which thank god my job doesnt involve the phones), but if they accidently sent you an EXTRA item its now yours to sell.

I should probably note that the above isnt directed to those that call in to peacefully settle any discrepancies, nor at the honest people who call us about extra stuff we accidently shipped them... And also note that these are MY opinions and that I dont speak for the company (<--- sad in this day and age i have to say that to not get potentially fired/sued)

Exactly. Pbgear is not a paintball specific company. We aren't talking about WGP or AGD or any other paintball company. I bet you will be hard pressed to find even 50% of people that play paintball at pbgear, or even know anything about it. Most other companies, everybody playes at least a little. They are at events, hosting senarios, ect. I've never seen a Pbgear booth at a tournament or anywhere. They aren't a paintball company. They simply sell paintball products. All that means exactly what demonguy said. Their shippers and checkers most likely dont know the difference between a Revvy and a Halo. Or a Eggo II with or without Y board. They probably aren't going to see a difference if you held up a spyder next to a piranah. This isnt saying that they should have an excuse to be a "bad company"(which they aren't, I've NEVER had issues). It is just saying that they could be more prone to messing up an order. Paintball players have been pampered by paintball companies and has turned us into, on a large part, winny(sp) brats that expect everything to be perfect the first time and if its not the company better be ready to bend over and take the shaft for us. Thats not how it is in the real world. We all just need to get over ourselves and realise this is a company we are dealing with. Not a bunch of paintball players making and selling stuff for us. Theres a huge difference between Pbgear and RogueFactor and we should learn that.

Yo I had a similar situation. I ordered 03 Hybrid Dye Pants but I paid for shipping (regular UPS ground) and I got it in two days and they sent me 04 Hybrids! LOL I win. But the shipping was insanely fast for just regular UPS ground.

I have tons of problems with pbgear.com, they usually go like this "I saw this on action village for (x amount of dollers) and I'm not buying it unless you match thier price."

Seriosly though I had tons of mistakes from them befor I opened my own pb store, they all worked in my favor like getting evil instead of bigball, but they were mistakes none the less.

I ONLY buy from them or go to the AGD factory...there is nothing else i need for pb hat they dont have...

...knowing the owner also helps a bit
