Paintball players have been pampered by paintball companies and has turned us into, on a large part, winny(sp) brats that expect everything to be perfect the first time and if its not the company better be ready to bend over and take the shaft for us. Thats not how it is in the real world. We all just need to get over ourselves and realise this is a company we are dealing with. Not a bunch of paintball players making and selling stuff for us. Theres a huge difference between Pbgear and RogueFactor and we should learn that.

APPROXIMATED statics for paintball gear are:
-60 employees
-10 actually play paintball
-only 4 of us play SERIOUSLY
-theres about 8 shipping people, myself included, that find the items on the order sheets, check and then pack them. (a single person is NEVER allowed to do all 3 on an order for obvious reasons)
-Of the 8 shipping people, ONLY 2 play paintball (we also happen to be 2 of the 4 serious players) and we USUALLY DO NOT do the checking! (usually left to one of our bosses except if theyre on break)
- If anyone has a written signature on their order sheet it was checked by yours truly or the other serious baller! (we dont have our own stamps, since its not our primary job)
-PBGEAR sponsors NO TEAMS!!! and the only one they would even consider is a factory team (which we dont have enough people for)
-Pbgear DOES NOT ATTEND EVENTS! If they did, I would have volunteered the instant I became employed there!
-It would horrify you to learn how much they make on some items ($350 was the highest Id seen!)and how little on others (less than it costs to ship the item!)

BTW: I have decided to become a gunwhore and start buying stuff like crazy from work! The problem is I end up not liking what Im buying EVEN BEFORE I take it out of the box!
