it is a pump action spring'd marker. I didn't even think of the actual talon by brass eagle, that totally slipped my mind. I'll search and see if i can find it through some sites, but it works pretty much the same minus the air. I just was using it for reference that they were testing this, also this was in the 40s-50s so maybe between then and the 70s might have used air, i was just stating it for reference
