I'd say being that the material is available, you should try some really unique shapes. Get away from the typical drop shape.

So?
Its his time, and his dad's material he'll be using. He's doing the design work, he's doing the cutting. So its not 100% profit.
I think it'd be interesting to see other shapes he can make and some with color. Keep up the good work.
Not going to ruin his thread with trivial arguments.Comment

uhh...ya it is. HE doesnt pay for machine use, OR materials. Its 100% profit and I guaruntee it doesnt take very long to make them, meaning it shouldnt be more then $10-$20Originally posted by ASDadam

Not that I care either way,but the value of a product,ANY product,is determined by demand not the sum of it's parts or construction.Originally posted by -=Squid=-

If the demand exists,a sticky peice of paper could sell for millions.........like for instance........a stamp.

FYI, your gonna have to mill a dovetail in the bottom and be sure it'll be strong enough to hold a large tank. You'll need it drilled and tapped for set screws on the dovetail version and in the non-dovetail version, you'll need a way to insert nuts for asa attachment.I wouldn't count on just screwing into the G10 to hold up to the average abuse of the normal teenager.

I like the basic shape. You should try one that half that size as well.
I look forward to seeing one with a little more cosmetic milling on the sides."Relax. Don't worry. Have a Home Brew."
