    Mags an east coast gun?

I have been to two different paintball stores in my town asking about minimags and nobody here on the westcoast according to them knows anything about them. They keep telling me that only people on the east coast use and buy them.

Is this true? If so, why?

The reason I have been going around asking is that I am getting a minimag this week and have been wanting to get information on them. They can't tell me anything about them. I have found more information on the 'net in one minutes time than they could tell me in an entire visit.

Mags are all around the world, your local stores are full of it. They just need an excuse for not knowing about mags.

No hes right. We dont see alot of mags around here. Frankly i'd like to put some on the wall of our store but with how little intrest weve gotten in the few mag accessories we've had and little intrest in people ordering them my boss will not allow it. Why? We simply do not see the same number of mags out here that you do back east.

When i went back east this summer for IAO i saw more mags per hour than i did in my entire life. Personally I'd like to see more, I love the ULE and X mag bodies, the rest are kind of east coasty but those are beautiful and would make it out here with enough exposure.

Thats true, you see some mags out here, but not that many. Most the stores here are antimag. I love them and the players i play with do also and we get alota crap for it. but its all good because we normaly have less paint on us by the end of the day. Out here all you hear is Tippmann Angel or Cockers, THATS IT!

Be happy that you guys have paintball stores! Here in Vermont...let's just say that the closest pb store to me is in New York.
My AIM Intimidator is better than your Automag. Get over it.

They're are very few Mags here in Missouri. I've only seen 2 at a scenario game. Our local store has one mag part. It's mostly cockers, impys, and angels around here.

That was probably all the AOer's, we tend to make a party of IAO. Plus there where the 3-4 pure AO/Airgun teams playing. I don't think that's common to be just an east coast thing.

Not ture, mags are scarce around here. I have been told by a store owner that they were west coast markers. I think that is bull though. I actually think however they are the most popular in the mid-west.
