Yup. That money was given to help them fight the patent. Since it appears that they've decided not to fight the patent, every cent ought to be returned.

The ones that do not infringe on their now legal patent, or those that pay a licensing fee to keep producing and selling them. OR a combination of that along with someone fighting and getting their patent overturned.

I see all sorts of places putting up quotes from AO made by Tom and John. But few post the WHOLE thing. That is what the difference is.

Using what Tom and John posted, and taking bits and pieces you can prove either side of the argument.
