Well if you do go with the Deadlywind body and Logic Electro when it is released you have two options. You can build it piece by piece as you get your funds in and buy the vert. electro frame last as its still in development.
Or you could get a RT Custom from Logic/coolhand here on AO and have it come stock with the Deadlywind body. I think a few of the AO dealers have Deadlywind stock they can add on to a RT Custom for extra $$$. Then you can shoot mech while the Electro Logic comes out. And have a few spare parts for later building a second gun.
Or you can just buy the Deadlywind from Nicad and build an Emag with help from Tunaman like I did.

Email the guy an offer, then have him repost the action with your offer as the "buy it now" price and grab it.

Like I was saying, check with the AO dealers. I know one of them stocks a few Deadlywind bodies and rails, I just can't remember if it was Coolhand or Fragtek. But back to the gun, you can get a RT Custom from a dealer as a mech mag with mech frame for around $500. Get the Deadlywind body and rail if you want (likely about $250 extra) or just go ULE. Then if you want a Logic Electro 90 degree frame when they come out, or a standard Emag gripframe and battery pack down the road you can swap those on as upgrades and keep or sell the mech frame (Intelliframe or Y-Frame sell used for $85 easily). The Electro Logic is ballpark going to be $350-$400, a ULE Emag frame and battery housing and all the guts is $500+ or around $400 used if you can find one parted out.
There is not that much difference in the Emag and RT Custom rails. The RT has threads tapped up front for a grip bracket. They both are tapped for a sight rail. Though I have seen someone use a CNC battery pack as a grip on a mech mag, Coolhand set that up as well.
Best bet for prices and real lowdown is figure out what you want and how you want to do it and contact a few of the main dealers here on AO. Coolhand and Fragtek advertise for RT Custom ordering. Roguefactor and Tunaman can get you about any part from AGD and can get them raw unanodized if you wish. Some of the dealers can also get the whole shebang anodized to match if you want some color and have more funds to spare.

              EDIT:
Keep in mind AGD has stopped production of E/X-Mags so if you want an Emag or Emag frame, get them sooner rather than later. It might start getting tight on inventory by summertime, Tunaman might be a good source to ask on future availability if you want new.

If you can afford it, it would be an envyable setup as mech or electro. People wouldn't believe its a mag either. Too sexy.
Plus little maintenance and no breakdowns.

                  Edit:
Whitewolf just started and has the Deadlywind Karta upgrade. Whitwolf also does great ano work.

I say go mech. That way not only don't you have to worry about illegal bounce issues but you can also throw on the very sweet looking and soon to be released RogueFactor Vertical Frame seen here.

Rogue's has a working safety, takes AGD triggers, and is made by Rogue. It doesn't have the dovetail mount *still being decided and the same with trigger stops*
