I say don't let him back on. Pbnation is for kids like that. I am proud that this forum is of a friendly nature, and the mods actually do something constructive.

If you decide to lift the ban I vote to ban him again on his first post. Or change his name to "I like men" or "lord_of_all_gay" or "straight_least" or similar. He hasn't changed Phil.

Well I was just looking through the records. He was banned several times and in one case he made a new account. Then the final incident occured and then he went off. So the record is pretty clear that over a fairly extensive time period he was a recurrent problem. If that helps anyone decide.

Well, I was going to say give him another chance, but after reading his emails that he sent you to ask if he can come back, I would say no. Sounds more like he wants to be unbanned so that he can come back and cause problems to me... Sounds a bit 'fishy.'

I also distinctively remember him flaming pretty much everybody, including me.

He had his name changed to crazylad if I recall, what was it before?

With all of that being said, I voted yes. I want to see what would come of his return.

based solely on your extensive record of problems he has caused, emails, and his (very) unsincere apology, I'd say (long list of expletives) no. I must not have been a member before he was banned. the only way i could say for sure he is sincere and would change would be to confront him in person and watch his body language as the list was read to him and watch his respones. best way to be sure.

On another note, if a mod bans you he obviously thought he was justified, and complaints should be taken to whoever is in charge of the site.

BTW, would that be TK?
