over-due update:

I have a "final" meeting with the lawyers which was scheduled for Monday the 9th. something came up on their end and we had to postpone. As soon as we get this last meeting taken care of and everything squared away, things should be able to start moving forward.

Yes we re-vamped Deadlywind.com just before IAO. No announcement yet since its still slightly under construction.. but for the most part it and an "online store" for the bodies is live.

Production time to market

Hey Nicad, thanks for all the updates. I'm sure a lot of people are waiting for the hAir trigger to be out. I was wondering how long it would take for the hAir to hit the market once your protection is in place? Will AGD be doing the production? Are you looking to get a Worldwide patent or just NA and have all other regions pending? I fully believe in an inventors right to protect their work, so take the time Nicad and push production back if needed. Look at all the autococker knock-offs(which will be non existant if K2 has their way.)Just in case the hAir is still not out by like January or February of 2005, please try and come out to the NoCal vs. SoCal AO meet or have Tom bring it if he can. Thanks.
