my friend tells me that they are having legal problems. Possibly because the other company already has a patent on a trigger just like the HAir.

Whats the chances of giving NICAD his own post that NO one else can post in except NICAD and TK. Just wondering it's getting old flipping threw 8 pages of nothing to finaly find a post that actually tells you something about the status i.e. no speculation

It seems that this idea was lost in more chatter... It would be great for this to happen, and would make everything much easier for people who just want updates instead of having people ask the same questions over and over. (no offense to anyone)

i dont see why they having problems .... the only thing thats similar is the internals in the trigger.... and if its a dif trigger fram than its nothing alike (which it is) that g-force thing is a whole new gun.... damn the government

Nope, Nicad said he talked to the designer of this marker and he didnt have any problems with the hAir. He said there is someone else who is giving him trouble, but who is that someone else? POssibly the makers of the dual regged mag clone we saw a few months ago?

Whatever it is I hope Nicad will get through with this dilemma. The HAir will totally change the way people view Mags and Pnuematic markers forever.
