If I see your video, and deem it to be invalid for some reason, I will automatically release the permissions of the video back to you, and you can post it on the internet at your liesure. However, if you make the video, and want to get my $100, what the "bet" ACTUALLY is is a purchase of the rights of that video, and the rights must be exclusive. No exclusivity, no money."

you know what this means? if you actually do achieve it and he approves the video, you get $100. so what? you can't prove it to anybody else. sure u can say you won the bet, but u can't prove it by showing the video. the only people who will believe you would be the people who were there at the filming. i don't see why he want's exclusive rights to it. i say, if you can sustain 15bps for 10 or more seconds, cool, you should be able to show off ur awsome talent.
