How many people actually like 'Hybrid mode' on the Emag?

I personally cant stand it. Its awkward (sp?) and produces very inconsistant results for me.

I cant walk the trigger for crap in hybrid.

So all the tournie rules aside: If you were just balling around on the weekend with your friends, would you use Emode, or Hybrid?

Hybrid was a cool thing to have, but I personally never used it. Everyone kept saying how much faster it was, then I tried it and I was like "what are these guys smoking?"
Walking E-mode is easier.

I prefer Hybrid when shooting emags... E-mode is ok, but I like the pseudo-mechanical feel you get with Hybrid.

I'm pretty sure I can shoot faster with it than E-mode.

I also don't really care too much for "walking" the trigger, I can do it when messing with a marker, but on the field I never bother.

(I havn't owned an E, but have used them quite a bit).

Yeah when i first used hybrid mode i was a little disappointed...its ok if youre just playin pickup games at the local field

I hated it. Could not keep any kind of rhythm with it. I always used E

on my emag i rarely if ever used e mode. i just liked the way the trigger felt in hybrid.

This weekend was the first time I shot my EMag in E Mode for the whole day (I used to always use hybrid). I outshot my Richochet AK (not the fastest hopper out there) for the first time as well. I was pretty much able to outshoot the hopper at will.

Hybrid mode was nice, but I doubt I'll be going back to it.

Now I have to get a new hopper.

I absolutly agree with this!

My E-Mag will literaly fire till the air runs out if I hold my finger in the right place in Hybrid. The problem (other than the legality issues) is that I can walk/rake the trigger much faster in E-mode.

I think the reason everyone thought hybrid was faster was because not many people with e-mags walked the trigger. Now more people are doing it, and it's much, much faster.

I know people who take out the sear rod to disable mech/hybrid mode altogether to avoid problems at tourneys. Most of them swear by E-mode.

I can rip the crap out of it in Hybrid,slamming full blast into the cap if set up right.

But I don't think I've ever even tried it in a game nor would I care to.The bottom line is while it's handy for tweaking and just goofing around,I wouldn't miss it at all.

OK so I am back. Ill post a little hybrid 4.0 action is a bit but I do have to say that I like hybrid the best of all the options. Perhaps I need to dink with my E-Mode a bit to get it happy but hybrid is just so darn nice.
