they probably didnt have RT triggers, but if they did they are VERY easy to shoot accidentally, like say.. in your foot.

they have rt's.

and the staff, if you get to know them, like i did, they will let you do many things a new person to the building wouldn't. also if they had trapt there, i bet they would let them get away with other things too.

I use to love playing at that field, but now they are more worried about getting the first time players to play there and get them happy, then worry about the others, like me and my friends, that have been playing there for 2+ years to keep our business, they keep raising the prices and other crap. $80 for a case of rps that sits in back of a cold room and gets deformed is just nucking futs! I gotta say the place has really gone downhill in customer satifaction for me.

My guy Mike asked the guy behind the counter how much a new Shocker of theirs costs, and he said $800. Mike laughed and said "C'mon now, I know how much you paid for it!" and the dude got seriously pissed! He started ranting and yelling about how that comment was "f'ing rude" and how he wouldn't walk into a store and say things like that.

Yeah, I believe "Downfall" was the team in question. I also noticed the numerous temper tantrums they threw, especially when Larky came around on that guy near the snake. Boo-friggin'-hoo I say.

Anyways congrats on the win, I wish we could have made it to the finals. We were in 3rd and 4th most of the afternoon, but we slipped to 5th and were 13 points short of making it.

That's what I had a problem with. I was a regular there, and if they came down on me for safety I deserved it. But going off on a 14 year old first timer for not having a sock on the barrel when the gun wasn't even put together yet, and who just spent $100 at your establishment is a little overboard imho. I don't even know the kid, but they kicked him out, no refund on field fee or paint before even an orientation, and the first game of the night hadn't even been played yet. I immediately went and asked for my field fee back which they did apparently because I was a regular, then luckily sold off my paint tickets for cost to some other guy. I will never go back there tourney or otherwise.

I never had or witnessed that kind of treatment at any other pb establishment in the milwaukee area, and i've played them all.

Yeah, they were up in the ref's faces about how a guy should have been called out. Mind you, this guy was 100% clean. They were grabbing his gun and swearing up a storm, especially when Larky nailed that dude in the snake. WOW, that guy threatened to "F'ing kill" Larky.

The team in Question, Downfall, is not a Am team. They are as rookie as them come. The problem that automagfreak is talking about is the addition of two of my teammates to thier roster, Dave and Sean.

Dave and Sean are not Am players either. Both are Rookies that have played at a national level and will turn Novice at the next national event that they play. There were NO true am players there that I am aware of.

There was some terrible calls by the refs at that event. I think that the reffing staff is not the problem as much as it is the problem of the team captain (ultimate ref). The captain was threating the refs with revoking thier sponsorship benifits if they disagreed with his calls. There is some stuff that is going on befind the scenes with that team that I do not understand.

Since the event with Larke was addressed, I talked to that player after the game. He knows that he was out of line and said it was adrenilin based. This is not an excuse for the action, but tourney paintball can be a VERY agressive expecially if you are being cheated by the refs. Being outplayed is one thing, being beat by refs is totally different thing
