I got a cocker question. Is it true that anything electronic that adjusts speed (main example is an eblade) is illegal in tournaments? Because I was looking at an e-blade but this idea is scaring me away.
Are you talking about velocity or rate of fire?

Velocity is controlled by the inline regulator and/or the IVG, both of which require a tool to adjust.

As for ROF, the E-blade is semi-only. You can change various dwell times to get a higher theoretic ROF, but you still need to pull the trigger for every shot (assuming there is no "bounce").

The other popular electronic frame for the Autococker, the (ANS) Racegun frame does have other modes of fire.

Im talking about rof. Ive heard that things that allow you to adjust rof like the eblade or some markers allow you to change the rate of fire. If thats true my question is whats the difference if say an autococker was firing 20 bps compared to an angel firing 20 bps?

Its all in the way the gun performs. some people prefer the trigger and performance of the angel better than the cocker and vise versa. it all comes down to prefrence. i would say e-blade. but thats my opinion .

By adjusting the timing settings of the EBlade, you can change the mrof-- more or less. For example, factory fast settings are limited to 10.4 BPS [without the eye]/

If your Eblade does not bounce, it is legal in tournaments.

Sure are, if you can get them to stop bouncing. To change the internal timing, you have to push a button inside the grip.

So all those adjustable shot rates and stuff is legal you just need to tweak it or set it right?

I will probly be changing the reg and bumping the pressure up to see what happens. I have a feeling it's a hog right now.

After I got done I decided to double check my other markers and get them ready for next weekend. Pulled out the mag, a couple drops of oil, popped it a few times to spread the oil. Threw on the barrel, bang!, 280, 6 in a row. Good to go...

Pulled out the UBER Dragun. 260, 270, 280, 280, 280, CHOP! A nastyone too. Wedged the bolt closed and got paint into the valve chamber and hammer. The valve didn't even get a chance to open and blow anything out. Taking it part right now, what a mess...

Think I'm gonna part out the Dragun on ebay.

                        Mags own, period.

nice cocker. you need to change the springs though. you should always have a heavier valve spring and a lighter main. with a heavy main spring and a lighter valve you will be getting crap efficency. unless the lightest valve spring you have is still heavier than the heaviest main, but i don't think there is a spring set like that available.

That's not a Cocker. It's a very cheap wannabe clone.

it is garbage. don't waste your time. monstrosities like that are what give cockers a bad name.

Again, not an Autococker. It's probably the type of thing that has prompted K2/WGP to go after low quality clones in court.
