probably, but it looks like more people post in this section of the forums rather than in the angel forums.

              Dont do it

I had an A4 and wasn't happy with it at all. It wasn't very accurate and the sensi is very delicate. If you can buy an Xmag, I just got one and it is the sickest gun I have ever used-better than a DM4 in my opinion.
If you cant afford one get an Emag. It may not be able to shoot as fast as the A4 but they are super reliable and easy to work on. That is one thing I didnt like about the A4. I couldn't work on it. You need special tools and it is a pian to strip down.

I have played with an a4 for the last month since my mag is off in never never land. I had one with an evil pipe kit and my adjustable agd flatline tank. I used an egg because of the chopping reasons associated with halos. It was a great gun unless I walked the trigger. It was pretty accurate and never "broke down" in the middle of a game. But the 3 or 4 times I played backman was the most horrible experaince ever. I could shoot a string of 5-8 balls fine, but if I went over that chop chop chop. We never figured it out, but oh well. I have seen a4s never chop as well as speeds that never chopped, but for some reasons MINE did. I could have been mecahnical or something small, but no one could figure out why.

i was dissapointed with them. the triggers are gay as hell. they arent very fast, way to overpriced and they dont have a break beam eye. that is a hella good deal but id still recomend picking up a timmy

Yes, you need metric allen keys and a specialised set of tools but if you don't fiddle then you don't need the tools just the allen keys. Your reccomendations are not the best as I see it but as you did say in the thread "in your opinion"
X-mags have way more issues in setting up than an Angel of any type...pure and simple.
DM4's are gas hogs and need a replacement bolt system to even approach the gas usage figures of the E-mag or the better numbers of the Angel (any model)
The A4 trigger adjustment is very easy to set and as long as a little thought (better known as thread lock ) is applied then it will stay set.
Sensi is not delicate as such it just needs to not have straight shot squegees or similar used.

                      Xmag setup

There is no way the Xmag is harder to set up than an Angel. Theres the level 10-this is soo simple to get working right. Trigger- Take off the body and from there adjust the stroke, trigger pull weight, and the sensor on the back of the trigger. To lube all you do is drop lube in the valve.
                      Get an XMAG or EMAG

I wasn't attempting to start a flame war etc, but answer me this honestly, how long does it take to set up a Level 10 and does it stay set? Do you have to try several carrier shims, how long does it take to setup the input to avoid bounce (this is not the psi amount most find but the input psi that suits your marker)
These things cannot be said of an Angel, there was a post further up saying this should have been in the Angel section and the answer given was that more people post in this section...true but then there are more people here who lose sight of the slight complexities in the setup of their marker of choice
No marker is perfect, each has it's own quirks and some have huge gains over others it just depends on how you present those quirks

                            i have an angel 4.

i really like how people who have shoot the gun once trash it.
Sensi while a bit fragile, works. of course i do like breakbeams eyes a little more, its no where near as bad as people say.

maintence is just a few drops of oil in the gun every time you play.

to the person who said get an Ir3 instead of a 4. is like saying get a classic timmy instead of a alias! its damn near stupid! There is NOTHING better about the ir3 ( though its not a bad gun). its heavier, slower, has cops, and bigger!.

oh plus the 4 is STUPID FAST !.
its really easy to rip on. of course i do suggest bending your leaf spring.

its lighter then most guns out there.

and to the person who said its not accurate. did you ever thinkg of the fact that it could have been shooting crappy paintballs or had a REALLLY bad barrel to paintmatch?.

i think thats a great deal for 950.

It is very easy to set up a level 10 once it is set up you will never have to set it again. The reason why they give you shims is because manufacturing tolerances differ slightly between valves. Once you find the tolerance you dont have to touch it ever again.

Heck the X-mag eye works you don't even need to set up an LX.

Honestly shims are not needed unless you want to make a super duper rolled up dollar pinching machine. I run ZERO shims and a number 1 carrier. Its been that way friggin forever since I got the valve a few years ago. I also have never had a chop EVER since that time. I try to play every week so that countless cases of paint.

Other than that its simply a matter of choosing between 3 springs depending on what velocity you are shooting at.

Input is easy. Set it at 750-800 no bounce.
