Dm4, it is the best marker out to date in my whole opinion. fast, eyes, and lvl 10 soft on paint. Smoothe, and the slightest amount of kick. Look into the dm4

I know that the DM4s are tight and all, but i dont know that much about them. I would get an Angel4 fly they are very similar. but the DM4, I have to admit is so light on the kickback.

                Viking! 13 and a hopper with a 68/4500!!!!!!!!!!!

I play back and trust me having the speed and effieciency of a Viking rocks. Plus you don't have to run a big *** 88ci tank or even a 114ci like back in the day.

                BUY THESE

Yeah, the Vikings efficiency is a good thing, you'll be able to dump more paint per game :)

a Trix with some efficiency mods would be a good choice too.

Is that a joke, or are u being serious. Let me guess autocokers shoot further and are more arcurate then anygunout there. Accuracy is mostly affected or completly due to ball to bore matching, and range, they are all the same unless u have like a flatline on a tipman or a cocker taht actually puts back spin on the ball.

To anwaser the main question of the tread, pretty much any high end gun will do fine, as long as it can lay down extremely large amounts of paint. And for back players the abilty to speak is almost as imprtant as the gun, if not as.

I'm going to go against the grain a bit, and recommend you try a Bushmaster. They're available with PDS, operate the same as a Timmy, Angel, or Viking, are relatively easy to work on (you don't need any tools to take the ram out), have a wide variety of upgrades, and are less expensive than the other markers on your list (which translates into more money for paint). I love mine, and will probably own a Bushy for the rest of my playing days. The only complaint I've got with them is that the wiring harness is weak (although you can get a Vapor harness, which has better wire, a high intensity LED, and a light microswitch).

i've narrowed it down to four choice (i think)
assuming that the shocktech guns are good i have come up with this list:

                          - Karnivor
                          - I like the fact that it comes with the full kaner kit
                          - Dye DM4
                          - Shocktech DM4
                          - Shocktech Intimidator

I'm assuming once again that all these guns have adjustable triggers in the way that you can adjust the length and the weight. Correct me if i'm wrong. Ciao.
 I had a paintball gun and i knew how to use it

For a backman, you'd want a marker with a high ROF plus being ergonomic/comfortable to make sustained high ROF easier to attain. This qualification is almost always a personal preference as everyone will tell you their setup is the most comfortable they've used~ So the only recommendation I'd give is shoot a few of them and see what works best.

Gas efficiency is also a high point, but not as important as the above IMO.

Every other factor falls under the more general "What's a good tourney marker?" and applies to every player on that level. These should be taken into consideration too, but more emphasis should be placed on the above 2 criteria.
