A fantasy panel discussion, who would you want to hear from?

I was talking with Dan this weekend. I went to his field and played, just havin' fun. Buit a lot of talk about all sorts of things. Old times, all that.

But it did make me think of something. Let's say that you could get five people in a room, get them talking paintball, and record it so everyone could hear what they had to say. What five people would you like to get into one room, just to hear them talk paintball stuff for an hour or two?

I'm just curious who you all would like to hear talk "shop".

#5 should be an old school player who's been in the tourney scene since the pump days, but isn't running his own company or so deeply sponsored that they can't speak their mind. Good luck finding one, I sure can't think of any. Suppose I could settle for Bob Long or Dave Youngblood if they agreed not to spend the whole time slot endorsing their own crap.

Kaye, Orr, Palmer, founder of Tippmann, and like previsously stated, an old school player. Tippmann is one of the 4 surviving companies, so definately someone from them.

tom, glenn, bud, all very nice guys and i would love to have a pow wow with these 3 all at the same time. ive had the chance to interview glenn for scenario news and he is a pretty cool guy. i also ended up playing no limit texas hold'em with him at Pacmans house after the tx throwdown last year...cool cool guy.

Ha! Last year at IAO I stumbled home the four points sheraton drunk as hell and chilled with numbers 2 and 3 on your list! Then I saw Clare and Tom...... but I was too concerned with trying not to fall down to say hi.


I'd have to say:
1. Tom, I admire his research and advances in thinking about paintball as a science and not just a game.

2. Craig Palmer, I've met him a bunch of times but he's always thinking about new ways to do things. Not so much on the technical side mostly on the functional side.

3. Whoever is in charge of anno at MAX, what I want done to my guns requires a sit down.

4. The empire girl's butt, have you seen that thing? It's got a life of it's own.

5. Manike! I've met Jon Rice so now I want to meet my other english hero.
