no i just think theres too much hype over it and i honestly don't think whats so great about it. its been done before and i can honestly say most of you could do it on your own with the right tools and parts

It simplifies the operation of the marker by eliminating electronic parts while maintaining its high rates of fire. Of course, it does add some mechanical complexities but nothing that can't be fixed on the field. If your board fries out, you're stuck waiting for a replacement.

I see plenty of benefits that this mod can bring. I know I would certainly build myself another mech mag when this comes out. Not to mention supporting a guy who's great to do business with.

ok if you take care of your gun you won't have fried boards, battery issues. and if you go through it you can make you gun turny leagle. and besides isn't that why AGD made the e and Xmag trigger the way it is bolth elect and mech if something should go wrong with the elect?

True, AGD made something that can work in both E and M modes but it wasn't without its issues. If I can have a marker that performs just as well in M mode as it does in E mode, I would probably find myself playing with the mechanical marker more. Why? Personal preferences...the mech mag with the hair trigger is much lighter, don't need to worry about bounce issues if I'm going to play in a tournament...and with the reliability of the mag, I don't need to fuss too much with it besides putting a little oil before and after I play.

However, I don't doubt this mod will help mags in general...but I feel one of the biggest factors that a lot of players look for in a marker, the mag will still be a middle weight contender...Efficiency. Will tournament players really look over efficiency for the benefits of this mod? Only time can tell.

ok how about looking at it this way... lets work the short list of what large events this last year turned into swampy rainy messes. damn near all of em. Then compund that with the local tourney scene, and add a dash of scenario/big game fun. Yeesh I play in less than perfect weather all the time for someone that lives in arizona.

anyhow you have a weatherproof, light, fast, easy to walk, and downright sexy marker that dosent give money to the wrong ppl in paintball. Where do I sign up? Oh yeah that is right ive already commited myself to the karta clone of Robs' machinegun.
