yes good question about the air useage...
we are calcualting about 2 to 3 shots lost out of a 68/4500 fill.
the reason I say calcualte is because its hard to actually measure that few shots lost! :)

Yes it does matter allot cuase' a mag wont shoot when ur tank is at less than 1000 psi

About the air usage why dont u take out the HPR from the valve and make one that is vertical and make the valve much more low pressure? And maybe put a LPR or voluminizer?Cause' 850psi so that the valve work is way too high.

hmmm what im asking is to make a completely new gun which i think must be the thing that AGD should do but oh well.

I'm not totally 100% on this but changing the mag's operation pressure might affect the level 10.

Interesting idea you got there...

Regarding "850psi", you can get the mag to work around 600-650 psi if you use the shortest main spring. I know it doesn't help a lot, but it's a start.

yeesh ppl are nearsighted...

the frame works on the air from the LPR, the valve is still getting its 800ish psi. Oh and lets leave the weight, and low pressure whining for a thread that is intended for it.

However, I don't doubt this mod will help mags in general...but I feel one of the biggest factors that a lot of players look for in a marker, the mag will still be a middle weight contender...Efficiency. Will tournament players really look over efficiency for the benefits of this mod? Only time can tell.

A lot of tournament players don't care, they fill there air after every game. Anyway,

Not necessarily. I took care of mine and still managed to fry a board.

It is fixed now, but I had to wait a few weeks. All it would take to possibly disable an electronic marker is using it in the rain. Or take a hit that allows a little too much paint to get onto the board. The existing electronic markers circuit boards are susceptible to damage.

Umm, been done MANY times. It does nothing for efficiency and who cares if you can lower the input down to 400psi? Remember, LP is a hyped myth fad. Problem is, the fad will not go away.
