In Jersey, I know that the front windows and windshield cannot be tinted. Back window and rear window can be.
I imagine you could look it up at the NJ DMV site.
And as to what those pics are, I am guessing you got new headers & new exhaust, Flowmasters?Comment

No wonder ya couldn't afford a trip to Pittsburgh for IAO:) Just remember, moving to PA or NJ you better get yourself a beater, or atleast an SUV. Winter in Philly is not real nice.
the PA law on tinting is overly confusing but what you hear most often from people is no tint on the windshield, front wing windows, or front side windows. 70% on rear side windows and rear wing windows. Rear window can be about 35%. I have seen people totally black out the back window, but I would not chance it.

Muze, I'm having fun, that's what. I don't want to do anything illegal with the window tint. I suspect I may attract enough attention as it is.
