No, a friend of mine that I used to work with at a Paintball Field in NW Arkansas built it himself. The trigger frame was a single that was cut to fit the double trigger shoe. This cocker was built many years ago and was TOP of the line back in the day. I just keep her around for sentimental value and I don't plan on selling it since the resale isn't near what I payed for it. It doesn't cycle correctly right now as it just "burps" and I've tried a lot to fix it and I can't. So if anyone feels they can help me solve that problem plesae feel free to let me know and I'll explain the situation further.Originally posted by Spaceman613looks like it could possibly be an old Bob Long...

Well the burping could be the lug slipping or the lpr could be turned down too low. But I LOVE 2 finger sliders they are so cool to shoot.Lifes a garden dig it!

Looks like it can take a normal ball detent to me. As far as I know other then wire and ball detents the only other stlye used was the ptp detent. Yours looks like a regular ball. I dont think WPG changed thread size on thier bodies. I would say buy a cheap detent off ebay and try or if you want I offer timing services as well. I could take a look at it and see whats up. Your "burping" sounds like the reg is sticking."Your just a myriad on inner conflict aren't you?"
Good Traders: deathstalker, Der Cockermeister, Target, brtncstm160
Bad Traders: None, yet..........

I've adjusted the LPR all the way in both directions. I usually have it with just a few threads showing. Here's the situation.
I can get it where the cocker will cycle fine. It will cycle maybe 10-20 cycles just fine then it falls into "burping" again. I can try turning the LPR up some more and that only sometimes fixes it temporarily. I gassed it up last night for the first time since early summer and it was burping even with the reg all the way in. The 3-way even leaked a bit but I'm about to replace the ANS with a shocktech that I have laying around. I'm in the process of doing that right now actually.
Thanks for the help guys.

cocking rod length and lug depth... your cocking rod may be adjusted too short and letting the hammer slip over the sear.http://www.spaceman613.net

i also think it is the lug depth. i am having issues adjusting mine right now on my eblade. make sure it is not screwed in too far also, because that can also cause the same problem. make sure the lug is at least a shade into the body of the gun if you are looking at it from under the body (you would obvisously have to take the frame off to do this). good luck, im still trying to figure these things out.my feedback
countdown on devilmag day........ill let you now

Well I just installed the Shocktech 3-way (the previous model before the Bomb) and now it has a different problem.
Now it gases up fine and shoots but doesn't recock. You have to manually pull it back and cock it even with it gassed up. Is this a 3-Way problem? Do I need to adjust the trigger pull?

Try switching the front and rear air lines on the 3-way. I had the same problem when I installed a bomb on my cocker(it came with no instructions) so I hooked it up the same way as the stocker, but the 3 oring 3-ways are backwards from the 2 oring 3-ways. I don't know if the ANS is a 2 oring setup or not, but give it a try.

In my previous post I specified that my Shocktech 3-Way was NOT the Bomb. It does NOT have the 3 O-ring setup and therefore should be setup just like a stock 3-Way. My ANS 3-Way that is pictured has the 2 O-Ring setup.

Aside from my cycling problems, does anyone have any idea as to what year my cocker actually is?

I didn't say yours was a bomb, I said I had the trouble you are describing when I installed a bomb. Many aftermarket 3-ways are 3 oring, including the older shocktech and the bomb, stock 3-ways are 2 oring like you ANS, so switch the lines and try it again.

Eehhhh...no.
Just like I thought. It caused my cocker to operate backwards alright. It pushed the back block all the way backwards when I gassed it up. I didn't think the 3-Way I installed was a 3-ring 3-way.
