Is the spring in the drive cone set up right? If not i believe it registers it as a jam and flashes red and green

I just want this stuff gone, super low prices

As others have said, it's either a low battery indication or it's regestering a "jam." It could be thinking there's a jam for a few reasons.

change the batteries first, if that doesnt work you are going to have to disassemble it to clean the eyes.

the lights you see flashing are the z-code software telling you theres an internal jam best thing to do is check the drive cone, if that seems fine your gonna have to take it apart and check that everything internally is setup correctly

Ok, dont listen to anyone else. What you have is Z-code on your halo. Turn yours on, and see if it "pulses" three times, and then the LED will blink, most likely Green and then Red in rapid consession. What it probably is, is underneath the drive cone, there are 3 screw and nut sets, they are probably screwed in too much, and pushing up the drive cone. Take apart the halo and back off the screws a bit and replace the batteries, making sure you use alkaline batteries.

also different boards (victory, Empire reloader) make it flash differently to the stock board. Dunno which does what though soz
