By publishing a list, wouldn't it make the company liable, and open themselfs up to law suites? It would wouldn't make since to publish the "known cheaters," What if they are wrong about one person who didn't cheat (I'm sure most of the people are guilty of it). The magazine would probably lose sponcers over an this type of artical too. No major company wants to avertise the fact their flag ship teams cheating (i could be wrong about this now a days).
