Anyone can shoot their eye out. It just depends on the user's responsibility.

My Karta E-Mag has 4.0 on it and it works fine. I must admit though, if you try hard enough, you can make it go full auto. It involves trying to hold the trigger a certain way and requires a bit of concentration. Usually not ideal if you're playing on the field. But with normal play, it never goes FA.

Sure, a new software can probably allow a person to shoot more than they can actually pull. But I'm currently happy with 4.0 and even the other Emag I used to own which had 3.2 on it worked just fine. True, it might not have been as fast as some of the other electros that I've shot, but I'm also convinced that I wasn't shooting one shot per pull.

But...I understand the need to have the latest and greatest. But like I said, I'm happy with how my Karta performs and don't feel the need to upgrade any time soon.

I know there might be a lot of AGD loyalists here but if they can't provide you with the performance that you crave, definitely consider buying another gun.

when I 1st got my Emag the 1st thing I did was go to Miscue's and have him put 4.0 on my gun..I tested it and it did have a major issuse of going full auto at a completly random time.

He then put me on 3.2 and man I hate 3.2 in comparision to 4.0 but I felt better about it beacuse I didnt want to totaly bonus ball some kid in a rec game...

I have been useing 4.1 for over a year now and not a single problem has occured.

at the time i made my sig it was 4.01 because it was like the 3rd gun he put it on. and we whernt shure if it was gona be the final build or not..

oh yeah and that little BPS counter... said i got 19max and 18max another time.... something i know i couldnt do on 3.2

note* i wish the thing showed current bps instead of max... i think it would be more intresting. 4.3 mabey?!?!? lol j/k

That sounds about right. I know I'm not getting even 15bps. More like 10-14 out of the 3.2 board. Ball caps mean squat if you can't get it there. My target bps is about 20 and the 3.2 will not max out. Neither will the 4.01, but it is close to my target bps and that is all I want. Sure I can get a predator, but I read GAdevil is only getting 26bps out of a board that is said to be able to do something like 45bps. So That computes to me AGD had it pretty close to what it was said to do. Atleast in the ball park and not a wild stat like 45bps. Please if not AGD then someone else program it. I'll even have my lawyer draw up papers so I'm legaly liable if anything goes wrong, if liablity is an issue. What will it take? How much money are we talking? Lets do this people.

I could write new software but I don't have a frame and board to do it with. That was the point of this poll, I wanted to see if there's good enough support to start a project to make new software.

I can get you the board, but I don't have an extra frame at this time. I could send you my whole Emag, but time is tight. Little to no time for R&D. Only have a month before I really have to start playing again.
