Recently we got offered a sponsorship deal through system-x. Basically we'd have to use/promote their gear of course.
Now whenever anyone hears "System-X" they automatically think of trash. But from what I've heard and read is that they are really starting to turn things around. I think they are trying to get out of the 'rec' mass production markers and into higher end stuff. I've also read that these markers are 'hand made', which I'm not exactly sure what that means I'll have to find where I read that at and post it.
For instance their new NME marker (at least half our team would have to be shooting these). Overall I think it looks OK, but I can't get over that its System-X. Aparently Avalanche turned down Empire and is now using System-X markers and gear. Also WAS made the boards for these things.
Of course for some of us in order to get this deal will have to pawn off our equipment, and use this stuff exclusively.
What do you all think? Think they have changed for the better?
Heres some info on the markers http://www.bradyspaintball.com/sxnme.html click any of the pics.
